There is nothing quite as entertaining as deciding that you want to set up a blog, perhaps just to vent a little, perhaps to post some of your creative writing (yes, I'm pretending to be hypothetical, work with me here) and discovering that two years earlier you had set up a blog, and then, after a few posts, completely stopped using it. On the one hand, rediscovering this little corner of the internet saves me the sign-up time, on the other, it's a little sad to go to your computer thinking "why didn't I think of this before?!" only to find out that you had.....
I suppose that if I am to be any good at writing, I need to be a bit more consistent, like what a good friend told me, if I want to be taken seriously as a writer, I need to dedicate myself to doing some writing every day. This might be just the place to do that.
This will not be my journal, just for a bit of a daily rant I suppose. If you are reading this, then I have likely told you to go check out my blog, and at this point in the night and my recovery from the flu from hell, I'm not really sure if my pointing that out was clever, or just plain stupid, but there it is anyway.
